Is your balance secured in the saddle 100% of the time?

Are you able to do everything you wish you could while riding?

If not, you’re not alone. Many adults struggle with the physical demands of horseback riding. Anyone who rides knows there is a lot more involved than “just sitting there.”

We work hard to ensure our horses are in top shape. Feed them the right foods, hire trainers, and exercise them.

Why not do the same for yourself?

Three Strides Horsemanship has teamed up with COVAL Fitness to offer an Equestrian Performance Training class for the local horse community. In this class, we will target the muscle groups and abilities that are required for top-notch performance when you’re on your horse. We will do this through different core & mobility training exercises along with some resistance training.

No prior workout experience is necessary!

The next class is Saturday, April 20th at 2:15pm at COVAL.

Classes the following months will be on the third Saturday of the month and cost only $10 per person. Only 25 spots are available!
